Birthday Wish list : The Shoe

The birthday hunt has begun & here's some of my possible wish-list additions in the catergory of :

 The Shoe

I have been searching high and low for a pair of Sam Edelman Zoe boots for a couple of months now and so far have only found them on one american site. Within the blogsphere these boots have been a must have item for a while, holding their own alongside the infamous Jefferey Camplbell styles.

Coming in at around £120 (depending on where you track them down) the only problem i had when justifying this particular splurge was that returning them would be less than straight forward, plus after reading reviews i noted a few bloggers mentioned they were a little hard to walk in. I have decide to ignore the fact that i'm already a slight giant as embrace the extra 5 inches of height i'll gain with these beauties. Another point on the 'yes list' is the fact my style icon MK Olsen is regularly seen rocking her S.E's.

So the hunt for the ultimate rock chic edgy yet cute black easy to walk in shoe/ankle boot began

But my prayers were answered pretty quickly when came across the brand Maurice and Eve. This Australian brand are quite popular amongst certain circles but not that known over here in the UK. Annoying as nowhere on this little island of ours do they stock these beauties! So i may just have to get them shipped over from the U.S of A and pray they fit the brief above. 

Kind of fallen ever so slightly in love but the price tag is putting a major dent in what could be an everlasting love affair.. If i haven't found THE pair i may just splurge & add these to my 'family'

On the highstreet i've found these gorgeous wedges from the lovelies at River Island. At £85 they are a little on the pricey side but then again considering the other options are in excess of £100 they are looking rather appealing at the moment. Do wish they came in black though, Hmmm...

Now i blogged about these bad boys in one of my first 'Buy Me' posts. My god do i want to buy them! Mulberry have managed to hit the nail on the head in terms of : Edginess & Glamour.

There is no doubt in my mind that i'll have fallen in love with another 15 odd styles come the month of May, but Mr Sam.E can rest assured he'll be sat at the top of my list no matter what.
